My Top 3 Health Goals to Incorporate


Here are my Top 3 things that you should focus on when creating better health and well-being and the major benefits they have. My top 3 are Healthy Weight, Sleep and Activity

1. Healthy Weight: There are so many benefits to maintaining a healthy weight. Here are just a few.

- Reduce the risk of heart disease

- Reduce the risk of stroke

- Reduce the risk of developing some forms of cancer

- Relieving back and joint tension

- Increase energy levels

- Optimizing immune system

2. Sleep: There are several benefits to getting the right amount of sleep. Here are just a few....

- It helps in achieving a healthy weight

- Improves the immune system

- Think more clearly......more focused

-Improve mood

- Reduce Stress

- Reduce the risk of chronic disease

3. Activity: Here are some of the benefits of 30 minutes of activity a day.

- Reduce the risk of heart attack

- Manage your weight better

- Lower risk of type 2 diabetes and some cancers

- Have stronger bones, muscles and joints

- Lower risk of developing osteoporosis
