We all have Systems
If you want to change you must change you HABITS. Much of what you do throughout the day are habits. 40% of what you do involves the habits you have.......good or bad. We all have systems good or bad that determine what we do throughout the day. Goals don't determine the success you have, the systems in which you have determine your success. (Goals don't determine success, Systems determine success). If you want to change you must change your system!
Systems create habits and if you want to change you must change your habits.
